These terms are an agreement between you and Leo Dawn LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of the Ashglass mobile game. By installing or playing Ashglass you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Ashglass on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Ashglass — its code, artwork, music, sound, text, and name — is owned by Leo Dawn LLC or licensed to us. Music and sound effects are used under licence from their original creators; those licences do not transfer to you, and you may not extract or reuse them.
Ash Dust, boosters, puzzle pieces, relics, shelf rewards, and Book progress are not your property and have no monetary value. They are a limited licence to use a feature inside the game.
Specifically:
Ashglass offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, under their terms.
Progress is stored on your device. Your phone's own Android or iOS backup may carry it to a new phone, to your own Google or Apple account — we neither hold nor can read that backup. We keep no copy of our own, so if device backup is off, or you move between Android and iOS, your progress does not follow you and we cannot recover it. A non-consumable purchase can still be restored; spent or unspent Ash Dust cannot. Please treat this as the trade-off for a game that requires no account.
Ashglass shows interstitial advertising and offers optional rewarded ads in exchange for Ash Dust. Buying "Snuff the Ads" permanently removes interstitial advertising; optional rewarded ads remain available, because you choose to start those yourself.
Ads are supplied by third-party networks. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it, or for anything you buy from an advertiser.
The Weekly Rite is a scored challenge that runs on your device. Scores are recorded locally and are not submitted anywhere, so the leaderboard shows only your own runs. Rewards for reaching a score threshold are paid in Ash Dust and are subject to §3.
Your handle is generated by the game from fixed word lists. You cannot choose or type it, and it is not published.
Play the game normally. Do not attempt to disrupt it, interfere with other players' use, probe or attack any system we operate, or use Ashglass for any unlawful purpose.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Ashglass or any part of it, including in-game items and currency. We will give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where we can, but the game is provided as-is and we do not promise it will always be available.
Ashglass is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Ashglass only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on their device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashglass is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of progress.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leo Dawn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, lost in-game items, or lost profits, arising from your use of Ashglass.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Ashglass is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling Ashglass. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular §1 or §6. On termination your licence to the game and to all in-game items ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about Ashglass.
